No need to buy and lug bottled water. There is also ice chests and fold up chairs for day excursions. The lower patio enters onto a wonderful private backyard garden frequented daily by several species of birds. It also has a full compliment of table, chairs and loungers as well as a gas grill. The living room has cable tv, entertainment system, Ipod docking station, free local phone and wireless high speed internet. We are just 2 minutes, 100 steps to the pool and 5 mile beach.
