Beautiful vacation rental home is located across the street from the oversized community pool and beach access. Steps to one of the most consistent surf breaks in Costa Rica.

The house is fully air conditioned and tiled. The living area has a comfortable microfiber sofa, TV and DVD player, as well as a stereo. The spacious kitchen has a large stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker and a granite breakfast counter. The wood and glass dining table is large enough for 6.

The bedrooms are all on the second floor. The Master bedroom has a masterfully carved, thick wooden King size bed, blackout curtains, TV and ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors open up to a large terrace with a table for four with umbrella, ideal for breakfast or dinner. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, wonderfully wood crafted, blackout curtains and large closet. The room open to the same terrace. The third bedroom has two Full size beds and a large closet, shares the bathroom with the second bedroom.

Casa La Ostra (The Oyster house) is brand new home with a very warm feeling to it. It’s great for families that like to be at home away from home.

It was lavishly decorated by an interior designer with upscale furniture and has most amenities found in modern houses, including central air conditioning. And it’s only a few steps to Playa Hermosa, one of the most consistent surf breaks in Costa Rica and home to many international surfing events.

The house has a great outdoor area with plenty of seating. There is a gas grill, dining table and lounge chairs next to a delicious plunge pool. There are two foldable aluminum beach chairs available. If you would like a larger pool try the beach club’s huge pool, only a few steps away. Downstairs, the living room’s plush sofa and chairs are great for reunions. There is a wide-screen TV with DVD player and a stereo system with CD player.

All bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom boasts a King size bed, TV, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with 2 sinks and oversized shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Twin beds, great for kids. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.

Casa Tortuga (Turtle House) is an excellent value for smaller groups wanting to stay at a vacation rental home at the beachfront Hermosa Palms community. The rental portion of the house is the first floor only. The second floor has independent access and is only used by the property’s caretaker, or, on seldom occasions by the owner.

The rental area is composed of a living area, kitchen, patio and yard and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. All floors are fully tiled and ceilings are 9’ high. Each bedroom has comfortable and beautifully wood crafted Queen beds with headboards, black-out drapes and wooden blinds. The Master bedroom overlooks the yard and has an ample closet and satellite TV. There is cable TV in the living room and the Master Bedroom. The laundry room with washer and dryer is shared with the rest of the house. The kitchen has a granite counter and stainless steel appliances. The covered terrace has a table for four people.

Two cars may park on the driveway, which is covered by a wooden structure covered with flowered vines.
